freshAyr Creative Charrette

Ayr Town Hall 20th Sep 6 – 8pm
An opportunity for people with creative interests in Drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, film, performance, dance, theatre, music, written and spoken word, crafts – In fact anything from jam to conceptual art

freshAyr seeks to discover if there is a need for permanent space for creative people to earn a living and if there is, what facilities are required for creative people to be a meanz of regenerating the town centre as a creative marketplace. That ‘can’ be an asset to Ayr, Ayrshire, Scotland and the growing International appetite for creative entrepreneurs.

The object of this charrette or period of focused work is to bringing creative people together to ensure many different creative disciplines are included in the freshAyr HAPPENING of contemporary interdisciplinary arts and crafts 7th – 28th November 2016 in the old Watt Bros Build at the bottom of Ayr High Street.
