MATTERS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES
D Caulfield gave update on filming of Channel 4 production Deadwater Fell.
There will be a donation to the community – the figure has not been finalised. Community organisations will have an opportunity to bid for a share of funds.  East Ayrshire Council will oversee the local voting process but all funds will be distributed within the community. A member of the public was concerned that money should go to and be under control of the Community Council as opposed to East Ayrshire Council with the figure being agreed in advance and in writing. A letter from the production company Kudos has been distributed and there is an information point at the Village Hall.

MINUTES
Minutes of the monthly meeting held on Thursday 2nd May 2019 – Approved by DC, Seconded by PG

POLICE REPORT
Attempted housebreaking with intent to steal – attempt to force entry to garden shed.

The Local Policing Team recently launched a Summer Anti-social behaviour (ASB) Action Plan. There has been a reduction in recorded ASB incidents received by Police which may in part be due to the somewhat poor weather. Misuse of Drugs issues reported within the Dunlop area are being worked on.

CORRESPONDENCE
